Site Design and Land Use Permitting

Provide full site design including site layout, grading and drainage, erosion and sedimentation control and stormwater management.

Prepare application documents including narratives, applications, plan sets and drainage reports.

Meet with city/town staff to work through issues.

Act as client advocate at night meetings and hearings.

Assist in bidding and construction management.

Petroleum

Prepare detailed plans for the permitting and construction of code compliant petroleum storage and dispensing systems for filling stations, marinas, fleet fueling, power generators, and large commercial heating.
