Robert Lussier

 Robert is a Civil Engineer CMG in the Engineering Division.

 Robert has rejoined the CMG Engineering Division in March 2026 After working for CMG from 2020-2024. 

Robert attended the University of New Hampshire. From there he holds a BS in Environmental Engineering. 

Robert also is a Massachusetts Certified Soil Evaluator.

Roberts day-to day tasks include Project Management of Commercial & Residential Projects, Conduct third-party peer reviews for multiple Towns, Construction Administration Services for Towns, general contractors, and developers, preparation of Hydrologic Reports and Designs, preparation of Site Plans and Conceptual Plans, coordination of Permitting with Local Land Use Boards and Regulatory State and Federal Agencies. Coordination of Local permitting (Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning Board, Conservation Commission), Site Design including Stormwater & Utility Design, Zoning & Due Diligence Reviews, Construction/SWPPP Site Observations and Reports.
