James joined CMG in 2021.

James attended University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Where he achieved a BS in Civil Engineering 

Day-to-day responsibilities at CMG include daily oversight and scheduling of staff  performing civil engineering designs and permitting/entitlement procedures for numerous gas fueling facilities and convenience stores; underground tank placements, and miscellaneous commercial and residential developments. Work with existing  clients to ensure that their land development expectations are met while maintaining project schedules, budgets and providing a high quality service and product. Enhance CMG's business opportunities by working with potential clients to understand their land development goals and provide them with insight on development strategies and the engineering services necessary to achieve their visions. Work with staff to continually expand and grow their expertise in the engineering field, allowing CMG to grow while providing a quality work product based on sound engineering practices .
